Accepted File Types
We accept PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, and PSD files. PNG is the preferred format. Submit one complete, print-ready gang sheet file that matches the selected sheet dimensions. If transparency is required, use a file with a transparent background.

One Complete Gang Sheet File
Please upload one single, fully arranged gang sheet file. Do not upload multiple separate design files. All artwork should be placed, sized, and spaced exactly as you want it printed.

300 DPI Recommended Resolution

For the best print quality, artwork at 300 DPI is recommended. Lower-resolution files may appear blurry or pixelated, and Rush DTF Transfer is not responsible for print quality issues caused by insufficient resolution.

Print-Ready Artwork
Files must be ready for production. We do not edit, resize, rearrange, proofread, or correct submitted artwork. Files must be print-ready before upload. Before uploading, carefully check all spelling, colors, sizing, positioning, and alignment.

Spacing Between Designs
Leave at least 0.25" (¼ inch) of space between each design to allow for proper cutting and trimming. Gang sheets are printed as one complete sheet and are not automatically separated or cut.

Match Your Selected Size
Your artwork should match the exact dimensions of the gang sheet size selected when ordering (for example, 22" × 60"). Files with incorrect dimensions may be delayed or may not be accepted for production. Confirm that the file dimensions match the selected sheet size before ordering.

Fixed 22" Sheet Width
All Rush DTF Transfer gang sheets are printed at a fixed 22" width. The sheet length can be selected in 6-inch increments, starting at 6" and increasing up to a maximum length of 240".

Prepare Your Own Layout
You are responsible for arranging your artwork on the gang sheet. We do not reposition, organize, resize, or adjust the placement of your designs. Use Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or a gang sheet builder to create your layout before uploading.

Scale Designs to the Correct Size
Each design should already be scaled to its intended finished size within your file. For example, if you want a logo printed at 3" × 3", make sure it is positioned at that exact size in your gang sheet artwork.

Optimize Your Layout
Make the most of your available space by placing designs efficiently. Group similar-sized designs together and align repeating items such as logos, labels, or graphics to minimize unused space.

A well-organized gang sheet can help you fit more designs onto the same sheet, reduce material waste, and lower your cost per transfer.

Follow these recommended steps for the best results when applying your DTF gang sheet transfers.

1. Cut and Prepare
Carefully trim around each design using scissors or a cutting mat, leaving enough space around the transfer for easy handling and placement.

2. Apply Heat
Place the transfer onto the garment and press using the following recommended settings:

• Temperature: 300–320°F (150–160°C)
• Press Time: 7–12 seconds
• Pressure: Medium to firm

Use parchment paper or a Teflon sheet to protect the transfer during pressing. Apply even pressure to ensure the adhesive fully activates and creates a strong bond with the fabric.

3. Peel the Film
Depending on the transfer type, the carrier film can be peeled immediately after pressing or after the transfer has cooled. Follow the recommended peel method for your specific transfer.

4. Optional: Repress for a Smooth Finish
For an enhanced finish and additional durability, cover the design with parchment paper and repress for approximately 5 seconds.

Pro Tip:
Always test your transfer on a sample garment before applying a large batch. Fabric type, garment composition, and heat press performance can affect the ideal temperature, pressure, and pressing time.
