Artwork File Retention

Uploaded artwork, gang sheets, production files, previews, and related records may be retained for a reasonable period for order fulfillment, customer service, quality control, authorized reprints, repeat-order assistance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping.

We may delete artwork or production files when they are no longer reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that an uploaded file will remain available for a future reorder.

Customers should retain their own original artwork and production files.
