5. Color and Display Variations
Colors displayed on a computer, tablet, or mobile device may not exactly match the colors of the finished printed transfer. Screen calibration, display technology, artwork color profiles, printing processes, materials, and other factors may cause reasonable variations between on-screen colors and physical output.
Product photographs, previews, and digital mockups should therefore not be interpreted as a guarantee of an exact color match.
6. Customer-Provided Artwork
Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork before submission and ensuring that uploaded files meet the artwork requirements stated on our Site, including applicable resolution, dimensions, transparency, spacing, and file-format requirements.
Rush DTF Transfer is not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted artwork, including spelling errors, incorrect dimensions, low-resolution images, unintended backgrounds, incorrect colors, or other design issues that were already present in the submitted file, except where an issue results from an error by Rush DTF Transfer.
7. Intellectual Property and Uploaded Content
By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, graphics, trademarks, or other content for printing, the customer represents that they own the submitted content or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authorization to reproduce and use it for the requested order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe the intellectual property or other legal rights of third parties. Rush DTF Transfer reserves the right to decline or cancel an order involving content that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Application Instructions
Any temperature, pressure, pressing-time, peeling, repressing, or other application recommendations provided by Rush DTF Transfer are general guidelines. Heat presses, garments, fabrics, materials, and working environments can vary.
Customers should verify that the selected settings are appropriate for their particular garment, material, and equipment. Where appropriate, we recommend testing on a sample garment before beginning full production.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery timeframes displayed on the Site are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
